Puppy Development

Puppy Programs: Designed with a realistic and very individualized approach, the puppy program can be either 4, 6, or 8 week time line. Your private in home session per week (requirement) and additional off-site sessions (if needed) with your Trainer teaching the owner correct guidance for a stable dog in the future. For the most proven as well as current methods involving house and crate transitions, drive and instinct development, leadership roles and exercise guidance ensuring a sound puppy and dog for the years to come. In young puppies it is pertinent the world around them is predictable and controlled. Particular instincts can develop the partnership in the handler and family, or  if not guided correctly, disturbed,  and creating conflict in the relationship and home environment.  Working weekly will keep everyone consistent in creating positive outlets with better decisions physically and mentally.

Available in your selected program are Private lessons and age appropriate Group meets/walks. Socializing in your program will address proper play and learning skills, and positive and negative behavior with your puppy. These programs will educate you, as the handler, to learn along with your puppy to walk nicely on leash and how to read your puppy’s social skills. In those meetings your practice and created habits will give the skill set to navigate in a impracticable world and with the  best way to direct thru it.

Understand…This is not accomplished with a pack of puppies running around wrestling and chasing each other in a room, but in settings that are controlled environments, in house, off site and outside. Reinforcements learned thru the owner/handler will set a foundation. The largest portion learned is how to create your puppies world instead of it being created by him. This alone will keep your puppy only learning in the best situations possible.
